FLOWER CARE AND TIPS

TAKING YOUR FLOWERS HOME

If you are receiving a home delivery:

unpack your flowers immediately upon arrival.

If you have picked up your flowers from

the florist's shop keep them from freezing and do

not leave them in a warm vehicle in the summer.

Upon arrival, check your vase or

arrangement dish to make sure there is enough

water. If not, mix water with flower perservative

enclosed with your order following the directions

written on the perservative package.

If your order is fresh-cut flowers or boxed

roses: recut stems at an angle under running

water and place in clean non metalic container

filled with water mixed with perservative

from your florist, making sure there is no

foliage or leaves below the water line.

CARING FOR YOUR FLOWERS

Check water level of flowers daily

making sure floral foam is completely

saturated an vases have ample water.

of direct heat. Also, keep flowers away from any

doors where they might get a blast of icy air.

Following these instructions will give you many

days to enjoy the beauty and vibrancy of

your flowers.
